With the holidays coming and me still adjusting to life changes and work changes, I thought it’d be best to step away just for a short time while I get all that stuff sorted out. We’ll start Chapter 47: Tools of Power when I get back, okay? 🙂

Dunno what exactly happened, but the comic pages are finally loading at a decent rate haha. I am still working on the comic! I haven’t abandoned it! I just had a lot going on even while being quarantined! I had surgery and I still have to have another one. (It’s not serious. It’s a preventative measure moreso than anything else! I’m okay!) But I’ve had a lot of stuff going on that got in the way of the creative process. But I’m getting back on track! So I’ll let you all know when I can update.

For now, here’s a preview:

I’m planning on uploading the rest of this chapter all at once so that we can all go straight into the next chapter when regular updates start back. That’s the plan, anyway lol. So that’s what I’m working on! See you guys soon!~ For more frequent art updates, I post over on instagram and facebook!

Hi how’s it going, lovelies!

Just wanted to check in and let you know that yes, I know the comic pages loading is slow as hell. Like extremely slow. And I’m very annoyed because this is/is going to be a LONG comic.

It’s another thing thats been holding me up with updating because I’m thinking “do I want to update right now if it takes an hour to read 4-5 pages?” (I’m exaggerating but that’s what it feels like.)

Whether this is because of the Webcomic WordPress plugin or not I don’t know but I’m digging around for a solution. I’m trying a few things, so let me know if you see any improvement.

After the whole Smackjeeves debacle I needed to find a new home for the comic. The vertical format doesn’t work for my comic cause I am physically unable to update with a whole chapter every single update. I have Lupus and so it be like that.

So I needed to find a way to have my horizontal format back. I looked around at a few and decided to just self host. So what took so long?

All these damn pages lol. 

It’s a lot of pages y’all.

Like.

A LOT a lot.

I needed time, y’all.

But now we’re back so I’ll be announcing when I’m starting updates again soon. I’m so sad I was forcibly stopped before we could get to that convo between Vesna and Aletha. Soon we will get that and then wrap up the chapter. 🙂
